ALMONDS PLUM CAKE!!!!!
INGREDIENTS:
white flour 250 gr
1 cup milk
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
8 gr yeast
150 gr almonds
In order to prepare this easy and soft plum cake first put in the small mixer the almonds to cut them in small pieces. Mix the yolks of the 3 eggs with sugar and add the flour, milk and the white of the eggs mixed at snow, the almonds and the yeast.
Bake in the oven at 180C. for 40 minutes!
Perfect for tea time!
