CARROT CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

200 gr sugar
2 eggs
200 ml oil
200 gr wheat flour
cinnamon, salt
200 gr grated carrots
2 teaspoons of yeast

Mix sugar with oil and eggs until is creamy add wheat flour, cinnamon and salt
add the grated carrots, pour into a plum cake pan in hot oven at 170 c for one hour.
