SHOPPING IN FLORENCE

Shooping in Florence is one my favourite hobbies, oh girls there are so many huge palces to go and also new places to discover every time. For clothes and sunglasses a lovely place not expensive one is "Echo" a nice shop back the Duomo in Oriuolo street, they also have always wonderful scarves and is a different one. Then of course you may find lot of clothes in the main big stores Zara, Coin, Promod, Dutti, and many other. For canvas Fornarina in Duomo's square is a good place like Replay store. Bags bags and more bags in Florence you can't leave without having bought at least a couple of real leather bags.There are many shops and small stores you have to look around but one of the best places to buy leather is always the Leather Market in St Lorenzo square and just before entering the market in St Lorenze street theres a small shop near Bata store David is the owner there I found so many nice bags at a reasonable price also Brittany bought a lovely one and she throw in the rubbish basket the old one. Now she is very on fashion. Always for clothes Dixie in via del Corso is a good store also for accessories. Make up store Sephora is always a good one but a less expensive and nice one is Kiko store in via Calzaiuoli.And then shopping, shopping and shoping again. I loved shopping this summer with Brittany and Cristina and my sister who is really a shopping addict .....................

PASTA DI VERDURE E MOZZARELLA

Non c'è niente di meglio in estate che un facile piatto di verdure e mozzarella per creare in poco tempo un primo e unico piatto gustoso e salutare. Per fare questo piatto per 4 persone avete bisogno di pasta tipo penne rigate o rigatoni, 2 mozzarelle , 1 melanzana, 2 zucchine, 4 pomodori perini molto maturi aglio, olio di oliva, peperoncino e basilico fresco da aggiungere alla fine cottura.

Mentre fate bollire l'acqua salata, in una grande padella mettere l'aglio con l'olio di oliva extravergine un po' di peperoncino e aggiungere quasi subito le melanzane e le zucchine tagliate a dadini, i pomodori aggiungerli a cottura quasi ultimata tagliati a piccoli pezzi salare e far cuocere ancora alcuni minuti. Una volta pronta scolare la pasta e versarla nella padella grande con le verdure mescolare bene a fuoco basso con un cucchiaio di legno. Spegnere ora il fuoco e aggiungere le mozzarelle tagliate a dadini e una bella manciata di basilico fresco se necessario un filo d'olio e servire subito.

A HOT SUMMER DAY IN FIESOLE

Fiesole is a place you really can't miss visiting Tuscany. It s only 5 miles from Florence and you can get there easily even by bus taking number 7 from S. Marco square.Fiesole is a huge small antique romanic village now residential place of marvellous villas and castles. In the main square the romanic church of St. Francesco and the beautiful town hall, along the square many nice restaurants and coffee place where you can sit outside having a yummy dish of pasta or sipping a cappuccino. Don't miss the Belvedere a very deep narrow street will take you to the terrace of Belvedere from where you will have an awesome view over Florence. I love Fiesole and also this year when my friend Brittany came visiting me we spent a day over there even if it was a very hot end of july day we loved it. Brittany was wearing a nice black Victoria Secret t shirt isnt she lovely......................
